NEDAC General Assembly for 5 days will be held in the Philippines, hosted by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Philippines from 27 November to 3 December 2011.
Brief Agenda:
In conjunction with the General Assembly two day seminar on “Trends in development of agricultural cooperatives in Asian countries with special reference to Legislative changes and policy initiatives” will also be held.
Senior cooperative Leaders/ Experts/ Policy makers from government as well as cooperative movement will attend the meeting and discuss about various aspects of agricultural cooperative development.
The meeting will also discuss plans for observance of International Year of Cooperative (IYC) in 2012 by member countries.
